  • About Legend London

Legend London is one of the UK’s fastest-growing menswear brands, built around premium everyday essentials designed for modern lifestyles.

  • The brand has scaled rapidly through a combination of:
  • Strong product
  • eCommerce
  • Performance marketing
  • Highly effective social-first creative

With a growing global customer base and ambitious expansion plans, Legend are now entering the next stage of scale - focused on building category-defining menswear products that can continue driving growth internationally.

Product sits at the centre of that strategy.

We’ve partnered with fast-scaling menswear brand Legend London to appoint a Performance Growth Lead who will take ownership of Meta advertising and help scale the business profitably across the UK, US and Europe.

This is not a standard media-buyer role. We’re looking for an exceptional operator who combines elite Meta buying expertise with sharp commercial judgement, genuine creative-strategy ability and an advanced approach to using AI across marketing.

Working closely with the founders, you’ll own decisions across media buying, budget allocation, performance analysis, creative direction, offers and landing pages. Your goal will be to maximise profitable new-customer growth and total contribution profit, not simply platform ROAS.

Responsibilities

Meta, growth and commercial performance

  • Manage and scale substantial Meta budgets across multiple countries and product categories.
  • Allocate spend using contribution profit, demand, stock availability, margin and growth potential.
  • Forecast performance at different spend levels and protect the business from inefficient scaling or misleading attribution.
  • Analyse product, market, customer and offer performance, turning complex data into clear commercial action.
  • Identify the true causes of performance changes, from creative fatigue and product-market fit to stock, pricing, returns, website conversion and budget allocation.

Creative strategy

  • Build weekly and monthly creative strategies informed by performance data, customer psychology and market insight.
  • Identify winning hooks, concepts, angles, formats and messages, then translate them into clear creative briefs.
  • Develop a balanced pipeline across UGC, founder-led content, product demonstrations, testimonials, statics and brand-led creative.
  • Review scripts, storyboards and edits, understanding why creative works and turning successful ideas into scalable territories.

AI, offers and conversion

  • Use AI to analyse advertising, product and customer data; identify patterns and growth opportunities; and automate recurring reporting.
  • Apply AI to creative concepts, customer research, briefs, landing-page structures, forecasting and internal workflows, while maintaining strong human judgement and quality control.
  • Develop commercially viable offers, bundles and promotions, modelling the impact on AOV, margin, conversion and contribution profit.
  • Create landing-page concepts and testing plans that improve continuity between the ad, proposition, offer and customer journey.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll be measured on the commercial outcomes that matter most, including:

  • Total contribution profit and profitable new-customer revenue
  • New-customer acquisition cost, blended MER and product/market profitability
  • Creative winner rate and profitable spend capacity
  • Landing-page conversion improvements and forecast accuracy
  • Speed and quality of performance diagnosis and budget decisions
  • Increased marketing productivity through AI

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta advertising for an e-commerce brand.
  • Experience personally managing at least £300,000 per month, ideally £500,000+.
  • A proven track record of scaling revenue while maintaining profitability.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and a strong understanding of contribution profit and e-commerce unit economics.
  • Experience analysing performance across products, markets and customer segments.
  • Strong creative-strategy and creative-briefing experience, with the ability to connect customer insight to winning advertising concepts.
  • Experience developing offers, landing pages or conversion strategies.
  • Practical experience using AI to improve marketing output, workflows and decision-making.
  • Experience with Shopify and attribution or analytics platforms.

Fashion, apparel or footwear experience is strongly preferred. Experience within a fast-scaling, international DTC brand would also be highly valuable.

The Person

You’ll be highly analytical and naturally creative, commercially minded and focused on profit over vanity metrics. You’ll be proactive, decisive and detail-oriented, able to move quickly without losing accuracy. You’ll also be curious about new tools and ways of working, comfortable challenging assumptions with evidence, and low ego enough to learn closely from the founders while building stronger systems and processes.

Salary

  • Rewarding base salary
  • Remote first - future London office
  • High-growth environment with genuine ownership
  • Opportunity to shape the future product direction of a scaling global brand
