The People & Culture Lead will support BioLabs ’ people strategy through a combination of operational HR, talent acquisition, employee experience, and administrative support for the European sites. This role works closely with the Director of People & Culture to enhance and coordinate employee programs, processes, and engagement initiatives while ensuring employees have the support and tools to thrive throughout their BioLabs career. This is a remote position based in Europe supporting employees in Germany, France, and the UK.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Support full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition activities
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment needs and interview coordination
- Manage candidate experience, ATS administration, offers, background checks, and onboarding documentation
- Support internship, co-op, and campus recruiting programs
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and employee transitions
- Support payroll, benefits, and work authorization administration
- Culture & Employee Experience
- Support employee engagement, culture, and people initiatives
- Promote BioLabs ’ values, mission, and collaborative culture
- Assist with HR policy implementation and local compliance initiatives
- HR Operations & Employee Support
- Support HR systems, reporting, surveys, and employee programs
- Provide employees with guidance and day-to-day HR support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Operations, Customer service, or a related field
- High level of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills paired with high level of customer service
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems
