Role Summary
As a PEO Quality Control Inspector, you will report to the Operations Manager and serve as a member of the Operations Team. QIMA's Operations Team provides industry-leading inspection services and is responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with QIMA's standards and procedures.
The main tasks are as follows
Check email daily to receive and confirm inspection schedules, related documents, and work instructions.
Visits inspection sites at designated times and communicates professionally with suppliers and factory personnel.
In accordance with customer requirements and QIMA procedures, we inspect and confirm the quantity, packaging condition, carton condition, product assortment, label, shipping mark, etc. of the finished product.
We perform final inspections before shipping to ensure that your products are properly packaged and ready for shipping for export.
Accurately fill out inspection results and submit inspection reports within specified deadlines.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with the following capabilities and experience:
Working location: Seoul
At least 1 year of experience in packaging inspection, shipment verification, or manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Understanding of packaging standards, shipping marks, carton labeling, and export shipment processes
- Basic knowledge of AQL standards and quality inspection procedures
- Able to communicate and write documents in English
A person with meticulous observation skills, high sense of responsibility, sincerity and work ethics.
