Lateral entry into Finance & Pension consultancy – without selling insurance products. Focus on 3a/3b, investment plans/ETFs, pension funds and budgeting.

VBV training included and free; after the course you obtain the VBV certification.

Also suitable for career changes/lateral entry (without experience).

Responsibilities

• Advice to private/SME clients on pensions, savings & 3a/3b solutions (without insurance).
• Needs analysis, creation of financial concepts and follow-up in CRM.
• Online and in-person appointments; pipeline management and recommendations.

Requirements

• Customer orientation, clear communication, commercial attitude and desire to learn.
• Sales/service experience preferred; not mandatory.

Grenzgänger requirement (cross-border workers)

• Mandatory G permit (Grenzgänger-Ausweis) for cross-border candidates residing in Italy.
• We do not consider applications without Grenzgänger status (G permit).
