Pega Business Architect

Role Summary

As a Business Architect at Sopra Steria, you are a substantive leader at the intersection of business and Pega. You oversee the whole thing. You understand how processes are connected, where the real bottlenecks are and how to design a future-proof solution for them.

You work intensively with stakeholders, Business Analysts and Pega Consultants. You set the direction. You monitor coherence, priority and business value, from the first customer conversation to a working solution.

Responsibilities

In this role you are mainly concerned with

• Translating strategic business goals into a clear Pega approach and roadmap
• Designing Microjourneys and establishing a logical, scalable foundation
• Guiding teams in realizing a Minimum Lovable Product that delivers immediate value
• You are a sparring partner for the customer and for your team. You ask the right questions, make sharp choices and ensure that solutions not only work, but also continue to work.
• You work hybrid from our office in Groningen, combined with customer locations and at home. Within RulesMatter you are given the space to take responsibility and really provide direction.

You are strong in terms of content, but also mature in terms of communication. You dare to give direction, without becoming dominant.

What we see in you

• You have extensive experience in a role as a Business Architect or as a senior business analyst with clear ultimate responsibility
• You can translate strategic goals into a concrete approach, roadmap and design
• You have experience in designing process architectures and setting up coherent solutions
• You move easily between stakeholders, development teams and management
• You speak Dutch at a minimum B2 level and feel comfortable in a customer environment

Experience with Pega and certification as a Business Architect is highly desirable. Do you not have one yet, but do you have demonstrable experience in comparable BPM or low-code environments? Then we will look at it seriously.
