Payments Optimization Sr Analyst

Role Summary

We have an opportunity for you, we are looking for Payments Optimization Sr Analyst in Montevideo.

Manage end-to-end the operation and performance of the platform's payment methods.

Constantly monitor the key indicators (KPIs) of the area to identify deviations and coordinate quick actions with internal teams and suppliers.

Analyze data and provide valuable information (insights) aimed at optimizing payment acceptance models.

Collaborate with actors in the financial ecosystem to detect opportunities that improve the payment experience of users and enhance the business.

Measure and quantify the impact of the implemented initiatives, facilitating strategic decision making in each market.

Requirements

• University education in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related careers
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar optimization or analytics positions within the payments, fintech or banking ecosystem.
• Management of data analysis tools: Excel, SQL (BigQuery) and visualization dashboards.
• Advanced English level.
