Responsibilities

• Support partner financial settlement, including reconciliation, invoice preparation, payment tracking and handling of exceptions or discrepancies.
• Pitch a clear, repeatable value proposition for why it makes sense for them to bring sellers to TikTok Shop, without needing to turn all of those agencies into full TSPs.
• Support Product Managers on Partner Center requirements by collecting partner feedback, clarifying use cases, shaping requirement inputs, and driving alignment through review, rollout, and post-launch validation to improve partner and merchant experience.
• Assist with onboarding new partners and supporting commercial discussions: prepare materials, consolidate meeting notes, compare key terms and follow up on internal approvals and contract execution.
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or above,
• Strong data sense and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Solid logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience over-seeing strategic projects, driving forward cross-team collaboration and influencing decision making through data with actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience working in one or more of the following; Operational Strategy, Management Consulting, Growth Strategies, Commercial Analysis.
