As part of the development of our activities in the field of supervision in the maritime environment, we are currently looking for a part-time Multipurpose Operator M/F on a permanent contract:
Responsibilities
Your missions and responsibilities consist of
After solid training in our profession, you will ensure security at the quayside and on board port operations during loading and unloading of ships.
Your missions and responsibilities
- Assist with the mooring or unmooring of vessels and their securing
- Ensure access filtration (security)
- Ensure the provision of equipment and machines
- Guarantee the availability of emergency equipment
- Supervise and control the operational safety of the installations (start-up, stabilization, shutdown) allowing jetty operations
- Check or make connections Connection/disconnection of ships, wagons and trucks
- Manage manual circuits and by computer supervision for the needs of the terminal
- Monitor and control the installations allowing loading or unloading
- Manage truck and wagon loads
- Ensure the protection of the site (access/pollution)
- Carry out 1st level maintenance and small maintenance operations
- Liaise on board/land with the various stakeholders (navigation staff, port staff, customers) from an administrative point of view
- Carry out your missions in compliance with ISO and MASE standards (Business Safety, Health and Environment Improvement Manual)
Requirements
- With a logistics baccalaureate, are you interested in the port sector? Contact us!
- You are strongly attracted by maritime and port activities and you adapt easily to the particular timetables that they generate.
- Your level of English (written/spoken) allows you to communicate with port and shipping teams.
- You are versatile, have a team spirit while being capable of autonomy.
- Your interpersonal skills and your sense of responsibility allow you to establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors.
