Role Summary

The role reports to the Financial Controller, Premier Media Broadcasting Limited. The role is a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities

Management Accountant

• -To produce management accounts for Premier Media Sarl, a company incorporated in Luxembourg.
• -To produce management accounts for Freesports Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales.
• -To support the Financial Controller in the preparation of management accounts for Premier Media Broadcasting Limited a company incorporated in Ireland.
• -To support the production of audit packs for Premier Media Sarl, Freesports Limited and Premier Media Broadcasting Limited.

Tax

• -To prepare supporting documentation for Luxembourg VAT returns.
• -To prepare and file VAT returns for the UK tax authority for Freesports Limited and for Premier Media Broadcasting Limited.
• -To prepare and file VAT returns to Revenue. Premier Media Broadcasting Limited is registered in both Ireland and the UK for VAT.

Forecast

-To support the five-year forecast, produced and updated every six months to strict deadlines working across all departments.

Project Work

-To develop and support are on-going the significant AI automation projects across the accounting function.

• -Significant financial modelling work
• Accounting Support
• -Accounts payable support (AP automated through Xero and ApprovalMax software)
• -Bank reconciliations (in Xero)
• -Balance sheet reconciliations
• -Journal postings
