Role Summary
The employee is responsible for the efficient packaging of Sika products, while respecting safety rules and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Package the various products and/or prepare the mixtures, meeting quality requirements
- Report to your team leader any product with a quality or non-compliance problem
- Manually stack products on pallets or in shelves.
- Perform daily maintenance of equipment
- Complete and process the necessary documentation
- Follow all procedures of the environmental management program applicable to your sector of activity
- Work safely at all times, adhere to all company safety policies (PPE, lockout, confined space, safe lifting practices, etc.);
- Report all unsafe working conditions, accidents, incidents, and near-misses to the supervisor;
- General cleanliness of the factory, housekeeping and sweeping of the yard according to applicable standards
- All other related tasks
Requirements
High school diploma
Forklift driver certificate (asset)
1 to 2 years of similar experience in a manufacturing environment.
