Role Summary

Join our teams as a Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Financials and Supply Chain. You work on implementation, development and support projects around Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, in an international and stimulating environment.

Profile sought

You are a graduate of an engineering school, a business school or a university course (Bac +5) with a specialization in IT, Management, Supply Chain or equivalent. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.

You have 5 to 10 years of operational experience on Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules.

Responsibilities

  • As an Oracle ERP Cloud expert, you will join the Solutions & Expertise Business Line, within the Oracle ERP division (25 employees with technical, functional and managerial profiles).
  • You work on maintenance and development projects around Fusion, as well as on migration projects from Oracle ERP on-premise to Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • You put your functional and technical expertise to good use on several projects in parallel, with a view to pooling skills within the division.
  • You support projects from the collection of business needs, in close collaboration with project managers, through to design and implementation.
  • You ensure functional validation, gap analysis, drafting specifications and carrying out test phases.

Requirements

Expected skills and expertise

  • You have significant experience (5 to 10 years) on Oracle Apps solutions, in particular Oracle Fusion (Finance and Supply Chain Management modules).
  • You have participated in at least 2 to 3 complete projects (implementation, upgrade, support).
  • You master the design of functional solutions, needs analysis and configuration of Oracle EBS Fusion modules. Knowledge of the Oebs on‑premise environment is a plus.
  • You are capable of collecting and formalizing business needs and proposing adapted solutions.
  • You demonstrate skills in business analysis, process mapping and redesign, as well as transformation support.
  • You have experience in configuration, testing, user training, change management and support.
  • You are proficient in writing SQL queries to extract and validate data and understand table structure and associated workflows.
  • You have a good understanding of technical aspects: SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Workflow, Forms and Reports.
  • You manage service requests from the Oracle publisher.
  • You have excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, both oral and written, and are proficient in professional English.
  • Skills in project management or work package management, as well as experience in customer/user relations, are appreciated.
  • Certifications: Oracle Cloud ERP certifications are a major asset.
