Role Summary

As a Specialist Delegate of Ophthalmology, in the Retina area, for the indications of Diabetic Macular Edema, Retinal Vein Occlusion and Uveitis.

Your main functions will be the following

Improve the quality of life of patients and ethically consolidate pharmaceutical products with profitability, leadership and productivity.

Establish Action Plans to maximize productivity and territorial potential: analysis of the territorial situation, territorial evaluation, participation and growth versus competitors, KPIs, actions of competitors.

Define and implement actions and/or investments necessary to achieve the objectives.

Evaluation and monitoring of the impact on the results of the area

Achieve and maintain an optimal level of knowledge of products, competitors, pathologies and sales process.

Sustain and increase the image of a leading health care company

Carry out hospital visits promoting products under your responsibility.

Customer loyalty and identification of potential customers, as well as present and future opinion leaders.

Implementation and monitoring of sales-oriented activities.

Implement commercial strategies to ensure compliance with the sales objectives of the brands under your responsibility.

Establish relationships with a broad base of contacts related to patient health care focusing on patient needs.

Create, maintain and expand sales in your area.

Provide scientific medical services and information.

Know in depth the profile of your products and those of your competitors, as well as the profile of your doctors and patients.

Implement business unit strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Health Sciences.
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in commercial hospital sales positions.
  • Previous experience ideally in Ophthalmology
  • High level of English.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Residence in Valladolid or Salamanca
  • Work area: Castilla y León
