Role Summary
The employee is responsible for the optimal manufacturing of epoxy products and liquids, while respecting safety rules and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
What you will have to do
- Prepare mixtures and manufacture products meeting quality requirements
- Report to your team leader any product with a quality or non-compliance problem
- Clean production equipment
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment
- Complete and process the necessary documentation
- Receive and store materials using the forklift
- Pack finished products
- Manually stack products on pallets or in shelves
- Follow all procedures of the environmental management program applicable to your sector of activity
- Work safely at all times, adhere to all company safety policies (PPE, lockout, confined space, safe lifting practices, etc.);
- Report all unsafe working conditions, accidents, incidents, and near-misses to the supervisor;
- General cleanliness of the factory, housekeeping and sweeping of the yard according to applicable standards
All other related tasks.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or DEC
- Forklift driver certificate
- 1 to 2 years of similar experience in a manufacturing environment
