The Bosch site in Budapest opened its doors in 1991. More than 2,700 of our employees work together. In addition to numerous development projects, the Budapest site also performs regional tasks as a South-Eastern European sales center in the field of automotive parts, automotive diagnostic devices, hand tools, as well as thermotechnical equipment and safety systems. Support departments such as finance, controlling, procurement, communication and human resources also carry out their activities here.

  • Operational support of the infrastructure and technical areas of the laboratories
  • Support of laboratory conversion, room development and facility operation projects, management/preparation of related floor plans and technical information
  • Coordinating the registration, storage and movement of laboratory equipment and tools
  • Monitoring the status, costs and location of external and internal stored assets

Support of operation in accordance with occupational health and safety, waste management and other company regulations, maintaining contact with professional partner areas

  • Administrative and organizational support of procurement, operation and facility management processes
  • Collecting and analyzing technical and operational data and supporting the preparation of managerial decisions
  • Organization and follow-up of consultations and regular operational discussions
  • Maintaining contact with internal organizational units, service providers and external partners in order to effectively implement laboratory management tasks
  • Support of process development and efficiency improvement initiatives in the field of laboratory operations
  • Expectations
  • Active or (under 25) passive full-time student status
  • Experience in handling technical documentation, floor plans and records
  • Confident knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Data collection, reporting and analysis skills

Confident user-level knowledge of AutoCAD, for modifying, interpreting and documenting floor plans.

  • Advanced studies preferably in a technical / engineering field
  • Long-term commitment of 20-25 hours per week, for at least 1 - 1.5 years
  • At least intermediate English language skills
