OPERATIONS PROFESSIONAL at SGS in Panama, Panama Province, Panama.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the coordination and execution of operations, maintaining a high level of service with our clients
• Coordinate activities related to operations, assigning the necessary resources that meet the criteria defined in the global procedures of the different standards and accreditations.
• Prepare, update and comply with the audit program, ensuring the profitable execution of audit events.
• Prepare the provisions corresponding to each activity carried out.
• Ensure that the documents and formats necessary for the execution of the activity are sent timely to the members of the audit team.
• Ensure the sending to the client, within the corresponding times, of the documents necessary for the execution of the audit (letter confirming dates, Audit Plan, among others), as well as the documents resulting from the audit (Audit Report).
• Follow up on the presentation of corrective action plans by the client.
• Maintain fluid communication with clients before and after scheduled activities and enhance client development in other services.
• Execute the level 1 audit plan and assign auditors in training.
• Support the billing process of the operations area, ensuring that the invoices of the clients under your responsibility are well prepared and issued.
• Prepare the different reports required for the operation.
• Ensure that the services provided by the division and its clients meet expectations and regulations in terms of time, results, form and scope that supports the strength and growth of the organization.
• Optimize resources (human and material) for division events.
• Provide added value to the routine services of the operation.
• Know and act in accordance with the SGS Integrity Code.

Requirements

• Education: Completed degree: Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Logistics.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in logistics, management systems.
• Skills: English language proficiency, organization, stability, independence, problem solving.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of ISO standards
