At TJX Europe, we're looking for an exceptional operational leader to join our Walsall Distribution Centre as a Shift Operations Manager. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for leading 300+ associates through a team of managers and frontline leaders.

Responsibilities

• Leading a shift operation of 300+ colleagues.
• Acting as Duty Manager and senior operational decision maker for the site.
• Delivering productivity, quality, service and people performance targets.
• Coaching and developing managers and future leaders.
• Using KPIs and operational data to drive improvement.
• Leading change initiatives and continuous improvement activity.

Requirements

• Operations Managers, Senior Operations Managers and Site Managers from logistics, distribution, manufacturing or production.
• Area Managers, Regional Managers or Senior Store Managers from large-format retail businesses.
• Senior multi-site or area leaders from hospitality operations.
• Leadership of 100+ colleagues as a minimum.
• Experience managing managers and leadership teams.
• Accountability for operational performance and KPI delivery.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
