Operations manager for property protection / plant security (m/f/d) - Perg district - full-time

Role Summary

As a shift manager, you are responsible for coordinating and controlling security staff during a shift. They form the interface between the security employees and the department management.

Coordination of employees in property protection

Training new team members and passing on information when tasks change (including follow-up training and checking knowledge regarding general and special instructions)

• Taking over operational management in complex and large-scale operations
• First point of contact for customers and employees
• Carrying out inspection tours indoors (production hall)
• Ensuring order and security at the property
• Initiation of measures in the event of special incidents

Working hours: Monday to Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. or between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Legal age (at least 18 years)
• impeccable reputation (no criminal record)
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German
• Knowledge of English or other language skills would be an advantage
• well-groomed and self-confident appearance
• Driving license B and own car to reach the place of work is an advantage
• Possession of a firearms passport is an advantage

• Remuneration is based on an hourly basis in accordance with KV Wachung, usage group C. The basic salary for 40 hours per week is Ø € 2,678 gross per month, excluding allowances.
