OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - HIDROMARES - Rio de Janeiro/RJ

Role Summary

Assists in Workshop and Field activities, responding to requests from those directly responsible, from the construction of structures and peripherals, to the maintenance of station equipment and accessories;

• Create a checklist and mobilize material for field trips;
• Maintain tools and support resources used in the field;
• Use bench tools in the workshop, to manufacture and adjust structures and supports;
• Organize and separate tools used in the field;
• Remove and/or purchase necessary equipment, if applicable (always in alignment with the purchasing department);
• Carry out maintenance of tools and equipment;
• Clean and check equipment during operations;
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workshop;
• Assist in the entire field operation, receiving guidance from Oceanographers and Field Technicians;
• Provide support for all mobilization and demobilization of field operations;
• Be responsible for the maintenance and integrity of individual kits (Tool Kit, Telemetry and Support);
• Remove or return material from the warehouse, following HidroMares' removal, mobilization and demobilization procedures;
• Comply with and be aware of the Company's Internal Regulations;
• Drive rented or company-owned vehicles when necessary;
• Use PPE and pay attention to local, internal or external safety rules;
• Take care of the company's assets that are under your responsibility (cell phones, vehicles, equipment and tools);

Follow HidroMares operating procedures.

Carry out other related activities when requested by the immediate superior.

Requirements

• Complete high school;
• Basic Office and IT package;
• CNH B (minimum 2 years of experience).
