Operational Supervisor

Role Summary

Maintenance in concentrator plant (crushing, grinding, flotation and filtration

Solid knowledge in maintenance of concentrator plant equipment.

Experience in supervising maintenance of crushers, mills, flotation cells, pumps, thickeners, filter presses, etc. includes cleaning, inspection of worn parts and repair or replacement as necessary.

Experience in assembly and disassembly of concentrator plant equipment.

• Maintenance of the transmission system and alignment.
• Disassembly and assembly of Catalina, transmission train, fixed bearing countershaft, base reducer and Motor

Industrial safety

• Knowledge of the Safety and Occupational Health Regulations in Mining and Supreme Decree No. DS 024-2016-EM.
• Knowledge in hazard identification and risk assessment (IPERC).
• Ability to prepare PETS Written Safe Work Procedures.
• Systematic analysis of Written Permit for High Risk Work (PETAR)
• Ability to write and have knowledge of operational standards.
• Have knowledge of first aid.
• Ability to prepare management plans.

Requirements

Registered Engineer: Mechanic, industrial, fluid mechanic, electrical mechanic, etc.

06 years Experience in plant shutdowns

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project), AutoCAD.G7 (Reading).
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
