Role Summary

• Experience in maintenance of mine drainage equipment (wells and pumping stations, maintenance of frequency converter boards, knowledge of solar panels).
• Maintenance supervision of pumping equipment and electrical control and force systems in LV and MV.
• Solid knowledge in instrumentation of pumping systems and industrial processes.
• Experience in work and maintenance of SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of the occupational health and safety regulations in mining, approved by supreme decree No. DS 024-2016-EM.
• Knowledge of the ISO 14001 - ISO 9001 Standard
• Ability to prepare management plans.
• Maintenance experience in submersible pump maintenance (Fly, Tsurumi, Tomocorp, Grundfos, Etc).
• Maintenance and assembly of horizontal centrifugal pumps (Warman, Hidrostal, Goulds, etc.)
• Maintenance of SYKE motor pumps, etc.
• Data collection of pressures, line flow, temperature, pool level.
• Change of seals: mechanical, dynamic, static, etc.
• Oil change, seal regulation, etc.
• Knowledge of adjustments and tolerances, bearings, couplings, pulleys, seals, etc.
• Knowledge of pump alignment with dial indicator or laser equipment
• Repair of centrifugal pumps (Assembly of bearing holders, scrolls, regulations, etc.)
• Repair of submersible pumps (Suction, delivery chamber, lubrication chamber, seal regulation, discharge, etc.)
• Repair of pen-type multi-stage submersible pumps.

Requirements

4 years of experience

AIIB driver's license

• Registered Engineer: Mechanic, electrician, electronic, Electromechanical, Mechanic - electrical, etc.
• Mastery of computer tools: Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project), AutoCAD and WaterCAD.
