Location:: Ate, Province of Lima, Peru
Work arrangement:: On-site

Role Summary

Quality supervisor

Ensure compliance with the Quality Plan during the execution of the project.

Implement the inspection point plan for the development of quality control in the project.

Perform and monitor tests, inspections and trials carried out by quality control and/or laboratories as appropriate.

Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with project management.

Control and monitor the manufacturing, assembly and installation processes of the module,

verifying compliance with specifications, legal requirements and customer requirements to obtain quality products.

Test inspection in accordance with the inspection point plan during the manufacturing process, assembly, installation and release of the module (plant and site).

Carry out inspection tests and record them in the respective quality protocols.

Prepare the quality dossier in accordance with the progress of the project and make the final delivery for the client's review and approval, after review by the project manager.

Years of experience

+5 years in quality control in civil or industrial works.

Professional profile

Responsible for ensuring that construction processes and materials meet established quality standards.

Required training

Civil, Industrial Engineer or similar. (Titleholder and Collegiate)

Courses in quality management systems (ISO 9001, Lean Construction).

Requirements

Technical skills

Preparation and monitoring of quality plans.
Inspection of materials and processes (panels, structures, finishes).
Management of NCRs, RFI and technical sheets.
Coordination of rehearsals and tests.

Management competencies

Communication with suppliers and contractors.
Quality and traceability reports.
Continuous improvement and lessons learned.
