Role Summary

We are looking for an Operational Supervisor to lead teams in the field, ensuring excellence in the execution of operations, control of the company's resources and close relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and monitor the performance of the operational team;
  • Plan and distribute operation activities, ensuring productivity and quality;
  • Carry out control and management of vehicles, equipment, fleets and other assets;
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous process improvements;
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and internal procedures standards;
  • Act directly in customer relationships, ensuring alignment of activities and meeting demands;
  • Prepare management reports and monitor action plans to improve results;
  • Ensure the correct use of available resources and compliance with established deadlines.
  • Availability for travel: It is essential to be available for frequent travel, traveling to different cities, depending on the demands and needs of the company. The professional will work directly on field operations and projects, requiring flexibility to meet demands in different locations.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Process Management or related areas;
  • Experience with managing operational teams (desirable);
  • Availability to travel;
  • Valid category B driving license;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office Package, mainly Excel;

Experience with performance indicators, operations management, asset control and operational planning.
