Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, the F/M Operations Manager manages the operations of the concrete precast production site. It guarantees industrial performance, safety, product quality, cost control and compliance with deadlines. A true conductor of operations, he/she leads and coordinates the production, maintenance, logistics and scheduling teams in order to guarantee the performance of the site in a process of continuous improvement.
- Management of operational teams: production, maintenance, logistics, scheduling, animation, coordination and skills development.
- Safety & regulations: strict application of HSE instructions, promotion of safety culture.
- Planning & organization: management of human and technical resources to ensure smooth production that complies with customer commitments.
- Supervision of logistics: coordination of incoming and outgoing flows, preparation of orders, shipments. Develop and optimize logistics flows, in particular through the implementation of appropriate inventory management solutions (Kanban, pulled flows, etc.).
- Quality monitoring: guarantee compliance of products with internal and regulatory standards; treatment of non-conformities.
- Industrial performance: analysis of KPIs, identification of areas for progress, implementation of continuous improvement actions (LEAN, 5S, AIC, etc.).
- Industrial maintenance: coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance operations in conjunction with the technical teams.
- Budget management: monitoring of operating costs, contribution to the development and compliance of the budget.
- Participation in industrial projects: new works, modernization, digitalization of tools.
Profile sought
- Training: Bac +5 in production management, industrial engineering, maintenance or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production or operational management functions in an industrial environment, ideally in the construction materials industry or heavy industry (concrete, metallurgy, chemicals, etc.).

Technical skills
- Solid knowledge in industrial maintenance (preventive and curative).
- Mastery of industrial KPIs and ability to optimize production processes.
- Experience in budget management and cost optimization.
- Good command of industrial ERP and performance management tools.
Managerial skills
- Strong leadership, capable of mobilizing multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage priorities and make rapid decisions in a demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
Personal qualities
- Rigor, sense of organization, spirit of analysis and synthesis.
- Proactivity and spirit of initiative in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Culture of results, pragmatism and ability to drive change in a demanding industrial environment.
