Role Summary

OBJECTIVE

Support the production, loading and monitoring processes, in accordance with the standards proposed by Sika, and in order to deliver finished products with the highest quality and efficiency, within the parameters of industrial safety, meeting the production objectives of the Tocancipá plant.

ACADEMIC TRAINING

Baccalaureate.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of the 5's program.

Monitoring of particular indicators of each plant.

Development of the recycling program and industrial safety and hygiene programs.

Practical knowledge in developing brigade drills and practices.

Emergency care, spills.

Form and use of PPE.

WORK EXPERIENCE LINKED TO THE POSITION

Minimum one year and six months of experience in production areas.

Responsibilities

  • Execute manufacturing operations on production lines, in accordance with technical and operational instructions.
  • Interpret formulations and recipes, carrying out dissolution, mixing, filtering and weighing processes of raw materials.
  • Control and adjust critical process variables (temperature, pressure, times and flows) to guarantee product quality.
  • Operate and ensure the correct functioning of equipment such as reactors, filters, pumping and material transfer systems.
  • Manage raw materials and inventories, including weighing, consumption in production orders, returns and rotation according to expiration dates.
  • Carry out sampling and production records, guaranteeing traceability and support for laboratory analysis.
  • Timely report failures, deviations or anomalies in the production process.
  • Comply with and promote industrial safety, order and discipline (5S) standards, ensuring adequate workplace conditions.
  • Maintain order, cleanliness and proper use of equipment, machinery and work areas.
  • Support complementary activities of the production process, including grinding of raw materials and safe handling of forklifts.
