This positionis responsible forexecuting administrative onboarding tasks to ensure employees are compliant and eligible to begin their first billable shift. The role completes the administrative and compliance aspects of onboarding from the point of hire through assignment readiness, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards. The ideal candidatedemonstratesefficiency, attention to detail, and a proactive approach toprocessimprovement within a fast-paced environment. This role will support both our English and Spanish speaking new hires.

This role…

Performsadministrativeonboarding functions, including I-9 Form completion (Parts 1 and 2), state background checks, and reference verifications.

Prioritizes and manages workload effectively based on task aging, urgency, and operational priorities.

Demonstrates initiative andmaintainsproductivity and accuracy while completing high volumes of tasks

Reviews andvalidatesmedical documentation to confirm compliance with employment and regulatory requirements.

Audits and uploads onboarding packets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.

Creates andmaintainsemployeeprofiles in the home care platform, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Conductsregular file audits to verify adherence to onboarding standards and compliance requirements.

Collaborates with internal teams to address onboarding challenges,providesregular updates to address concerns promptly,andensuressmoothemployeereadiness.

Contributes toprocess improvements to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.

Activelyparticipatesin team meetings, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

UsesHumanResourceplatformsefficiently and accurately (e.g.,Workday,ADP,ApplicantStack,i9Vantage, Verified First, etc.)

Respondstoandprocessassignedticketsfromtheinternalticketingsystempromptlyandefficiently.

Maintainsaccesstothesecurityofhighlysensitivematerials,upholdingconfidentialitystandards.

Participateinotherprojectsordutiesasassigned.

High School Diploma required.

One (1) plus years of experience.

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Or equivalent combination of educationand/or experience.

Pa y : $17 - $19 per hour
