OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY ENGINEER PJ - Sorocaba/SP and Region

Role Summary

• Responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing occupational health and safety management systems, policies and programs, ensuring the elimination or
• reducing risks in work environments and ensuring the company's legal compliance. Acting strategically in specific security plans for construction works
• paving, signage, emergency interventions on highways, and other related activities, aimed at preventing accidents, minimizing risks and preventing

of environmental impacts. Its main responsibilities include analyzing and mitigating risks in critical activities, such as operations on highways with active traffic, and

• definition of strategies to guarantee the physical integrity of employees, users and third parties;
• Create and maintain spreadsheets with statistics on work accidents up to date,
• forwarding periodic reports to supervisory bodies and control areas
• sustainability;
• Analyze demands from regulatory bodies and external audiences, ensuring the sending of
• information in the required format;
• Monitor irregularities in Quality, Safety, Health, Environment and Compliance
• (QSSMA) in field inspections. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory requirements and internal company standards;
• Prepare detailed reports and photographic records, forwarding them to the manager

immediately and the manager responsible for the area. Ensure the execution of activities in alignment with the CCR Group's Golden Rules and QSSMA standards, promoting safe behavior and prevention;

• Update and monitor information on specific operating systems, including CAT,
• PPRA, fire extinguisher control, EPI/EPC, fire brigades, CIPA, and reports
• periodicals;
• Supervise the maintenance and availability of fire fighting devices,

such as fire extinguishers, hydrants and alarms, in accordance with regulatory standards. Supervise outsourced companies in works, verifying compliance with safety standards, use of PPE/EPCs, and collective safety devices;

Develop, review and annually implement the PPRA - Risk Prevention Program

Environmental, including risk measurements and proposals for mitigation solutions;

Carry out accident investigations, identify root causes and propose corrective and preventive actions. Monitor legal expertise related to work accidents, in alignment with the legal area. Promote the Safe Practice Index (IPS) and continuous improvement actions based on identified deviations;

Support security training and awareness initiatives for internal and contracted teams. Contribute to the sustainable management of waste in the workplace, according to the environmental aspects and impacts of the unit. Monitor and evaluate the environmental impact of works in accordance with internal and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Completed Higher Education in Engineering with Specialization in Occupational Safety;
• 6 months of experience in the position;
• Active registration with CREA;
• Proven experience in road works or concession contracts;

Advanced Office suite.
