Occupational Safety Engineer II

Role Summary

Work on the implementation, management and audit of legal OSH programs, occupational hygiene, environmental assessments and management of legal documentation.

Carry out internal and external audits, accident investigation, KPI management, reporting to senior management and implementation of action plans.

Work in the management of SESMT, CIPA, SIPAT, Emergency Brigade, AVCB and emergency plans, development of training and campaigns, application of NRs 10, 12, 18, 22, 32, 33 and 35.

Prepare technical occupational safety documents (e.g. PGR).

Check third-party documentation relating to works and infrastructure.

Assist team in managing licenses and legal documentation.

Monitor construction teams, preventing accidents and monitoring the use of PPE/devices.

Seek application of HSE guidelines established by the Client.

Support LEED certification and environmental programs linked to licenses.

Requirements

• Postgraduate in Occupational Safety;
• Proven experience in management and supervision of large industrial works working with Health and Safety.
• Experience in defining and monitoring H&S performance indicators (KPIs);
• Ability to communicate, negotiate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and interested parties;
• Proactive, organized, results-oriented profile;
