Role Summary

Design of the work plan.

Lead the fulfillment of service objectives.

Preparation of results report.

Ensure compliance with occupational health management within the scope established with the client.

Verification of controls against Covid-19 in the different areas or processes of the organization.

Permanent identification of the legal occupational health regulations applicable to the organization.

Establishment of objectives, goals and indicators for occupational health management.

Characterization of pathologies of human capital.

Design of medical examination protocols by job.

Participation in the development of various occupational health and safety management tools: IPER, Risk Maps, Annual Occupational Health and Safety Program, Annual Training Program, Annual Occupational Monitoring Program, Emergency Plan, among others.

Determination of the need, type and frequency of complementary medical-occupational examinations.

Permanent interaction with reports from the HR and workplace safety area.

Validation of the fitness of workers through medical-occupational evaluations in relation to the tasks to be performed.

Reading results with a preventive approach.

Preparation of the annual occupational health plan and the health surveillance program for workers and others according to the risk assessment of workers.

Maintenance of a digital file of all collaborators who enter the occupational medical surveillance program.

Development of medical surveillance programs.

Establish medical restrictions.

Participation in the review of occupational hygiene monitoring reports.

Raise awareness among workers according to the surveillance programs implemented. ▪ Participation in the investigation of accidents, incidents and dangerous incidents.

Investigation, case detection, monitoring and health surveillance of employees suspected and/or probable cases of occupational disease.

Monitoring of absenteeism due to medical breaks due to work accidents and/or occupational diseases.

Review of medical breaks for common illnesses and their implication in the work environment.

Design and implementation of Mental Health Program.

Generation of an annual report on medical surveillance of workers, in order to be sent to the MINSA, in accordance with the requirements of RM 312-2011 MINSA.

Permanent technical advice to the organization.

Occupational health inspections in order to verify the implementation of management tools indicated in the Surveillance Program, IPER, among others.

Monitor established restrictions.

Preparation of monthly reports to the client in order to drive continuous improvement in the implementation of prevention measures.

Required knowledge

• PHTLS - PreHospital Trauma Life Support. (Essential)
• Functional Tests in Occupational Health, Minimum 48 hours. (desirable)
• BLS - Basic Life Support (Desirable)
• ATLS - Advanced Trauma Life Support (Desirable)
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Desirable)
• Evacuation plans (Desirable

Knowledge of English, spoken and written.

Face-to-face work.

Residing in Cusco.

Requirements

Any of the 02 profiles indicated below can be met:

• PROFILE 01: Surgeon, qualified, Master in Occupational Health, Occupational Health and Environment, Occupational Medicine and Environment, 1 year of experience in Occupational Medicine or Occupational Health, Full time.
• PROFILE 02: Medical surgeon, qualified, Diploma in Occupational Health with a minimum of 36 credits, 3 years of experience in Occupational Medicine or Occupational Health, Full time.
