OCA Fire Protection Inspector (PCI)

Role Summary

We are looking for an OCA Inspector specialized in Fire Protection (PCI) to join our technical team and carry out regulatory inspection tasks in industrial, commercial and service facilities.

Main functions

Carrying out periodic and initial inspections of fire protection installations.

Review and evaluation of technical documentation: projects, installation certificates, maintenance records and previous inspections.

Verification of the adequacy of the facilities to current regulations.

Checking the status and operation of active and passive fire protection systems.

Preparation of technical reports and inspection minutes.

Relationship with clients, maintenance companies and Administration organizations when necessary.

Management and planning of inspection visits in the assigned area.

Requirements

• Technical training: Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, Industrial Safety or similar.
• Knowledge of fire protection regulations (RIPCI, RSCIEI, CTE DB-SI and applicable regulations).
• Experience in regulatory inspection, PCI maintenance or industrial security is valuable.
• Driving license and availability to travel.
• Management of computer tools and writing technical reports.
