Responsibilities
Define and implement recovery and development plans at our client's suppliers to secure the delivery of products and services in compliance with requirements and contracts
- Ensure the efficiency and robustness of processes throughout the Supply Chain
- Improve supplier performance through continuous improvement approaches
- Implement corrective and curative actions to sustainably resolve quality, logistical and/or technical issues
- Use quality management and continuous improvement tools and methodologies (8D, 6 sigma, Lean, etc.) in order to develop quality and process improvement at the suppliers concerned
- Conduct capacity audits and assessments to prevent Supply Chain risks and define mitigation plans
- You will be required to work in various technical environments (mechanical aeronautical production environment, composite, surface treatments, heat treatment, etc.)
Requirements
- Training / Experience
- Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in industrial engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical project management in the aeronautical, space, naval or automotive sector
Technical skills
- Expertise in supplier performance
- Knowledge of industrial and regulatory constraints in the aeronautics sector
- Lean management & manufacturing methodologies (6 sigma, 5S, GANTT, KAIZEN etc.)
- Personal qualities
- Analytical spirit, listening skills and curiosity
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Results orientation
- Languages and mobility
- Professional command of English (written and oral)
This role will involve numerous trips to suppliers mainly in France and potentially internationally (Europe).
