Job description

As an intern, you will actively contribute to planning and promoting events while supporting marketing and communications efforts. Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with event planning, coordination, and execution

Supporting marketing campaigns (email, social media, promotions)

Creating and scheduling content for digital platforms

Conducting research for events, partnerships, and outreach

Assisting with email marketing and communications

Collaborating with team members on projects and assignments

Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and trainings

This is an unpaid internship intended to provide professional development and industry experience.

Internship schedules are flexible but require at least 10 hours per week and a commitment to complete assigned projects on time.

Interns meet briefly with a supervisor before each shift to review assignments and receive step-by-step guidance.

Students may receive academic credit if approved by their college or university.
