Role Summary

1. Training

Hold an AEC, a DEC, a university certificate or an undergraduate diploma in computer science or discipline

equivalent.

Diploma outside Canada: provide the MIFI comparative evaluation.

A copy of the diploma MUST be attached to the submission.

1. Working language

Excellent command of oral and written French.

1. Development experience (relational DBMS)

Experience as a functional analyst in the maintenance, evolution and development of information systems,

necessarily including

Backend development: .NET C# / .NET Core, Entity Framework, Devart, SharePoint Online

Frontend development: Angular 14+, RxJs, Bootstrap

1. REST Web API Services

Development tools: VS Code, Visual Studio; testing tools: NUnit, MSTest, Cucumber (Gherkin)

Source code management: Azure DevOps (GIT), GitHub, SVN

Database environments: Oracle (PL/SQL), PostgreSQL

Authentication systems: OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC)

1. Azure migration

Experience in migrating information assets into Azure.

1. Leadership

Ability to act as a team leader or project delivery manager.
