NDO-Inspecteur ISO 9712 Level 2 (MT, PT & UT)

Role Summary

Region: South Limburg

Are you an experienced NDT inspector with an ISO 9712 Level 2 certification in Magnetic Examination (MT), Penetrant Examination (PT) and Ultrasonic Examination (UT)? Do you enjoy working in a technically challenging environment and can you be flexible in changing situations and in various workplaces? Then we are looking for you!

As an NDT inspector you are responsible for carrying out non-destructive inspections of structures, installations and welded connections. You work independently or in a team for various clients in South Limburg, where you strictly follow quality and safety standards.

You report findings carefully, communicate clearly with customers and contribute to safe and reliable business operations for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out NDT inspections with MT, PT and UT according to ISO 9712 Level 2.
• Analyze, assess and correctly document measurement results.
• Preparing clear inspection reports.
• Consult with customers and colleagues about findings and advice.
• Actively contribute to quality improvements within projects.
• Working in accordance with applicable safety and quality standards.

• We are happy to invest in your further development. In addition to the work with MT, PT and UT, we offer you the opportunity to specialize and certify in:
• ISO 9712 Level 2 ToFD (Time of Flight Diffraction)
• ISO 9712 Level 2 Phased Array (PA)
• ISO 9712 Level 2 Radiographic Examination (RT)

All training, practical guidance and examinations are fully provided by the employer. This allows you to further expand your technical knowledge and grow in advanced NDT techniques.

Requirements

• What are you bringing?
• ISO 9712 Level 2 in MT, PT and UT (required).
• Relevant and demonstrable experience within NDT inspections.
• Knowledge of welding technology, materials and industrial processes.
• Flexible working attitude and willingness to obtain additional certifications.
• Good communication skills and independent work mentality.
• Driving license B.

About the Company

SGS Nederland B.V. has divided its services into 5 business lines, of which SGS Industrial is involved in various technical inspections of industrial equipment. The NDT department inspects and checks technical installations. From above-ground storage tanks to pipelines, from supervision of the new construction of factories, to inspection during a business shutdown. Our NDT employees examine critical welded connections and determine wall thickness reductions in structures, plate or pipe material.
