National Development Manager, Health sector F/M

Role Summary

Under the responsibility of the Managing Director and in a context of growth and high challenges, you will play a strategic and central role at the national level.

• You will have to carry out the following missions:
• Manage the development strategy for the network of correspondents (general practitioners, specialists, clinics, EHPAD)
• Supervise and lead field teams (cluster managers, development managers)
• Define visit plans and business priorities by geography
• Establish and monitor partnership agreements with health establishments

Analyze CRM data and produce sales performance reports.

Requirements

• We are looking for an experienced profile with a strong business dimension, capable of making a difference in the field and in cross-functional team support.
• You have solid experience in development in the world of health and know how to transform a strategy into concrete results. A true cross-functional leader, you know how to mobilize and involve multi-site teams around ambitious objectives.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, you manage your activity with rigor and efficiency. Your detailed understanding of the medical fabric and prescription circuits, coupled with your talent for negotiation, allows you to identify opportunities and convert them into lasting success.
