MTLA or biologist (m/f/d) for human genetics (full-time)

Role Summary

To strengthen our human genetics laboratory at the Martinsried location, we are looking for a committed colleague (m/f/d) with a focus on cytogenetics and molecular genetics as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Work according to established standard operating procedures in a professional, innovative and future-oriented team
• Perform cytogenetic studies including cell culture, chromosome preparation, banding and karyotyping
• Microscopic evaluation and interpretation of cytogenetic findings
• Carrying out molecular genetic studies using NGS and Sanger sequencing, MLPA analyzes and real-time PCR
• Compliance and further development of quality standards
• Participation in the optimization of laboratory processes and analytical methods
• Development, implementation and updating of training documents

Requirements
