Motion Designer Specialist in Generative AI

We are looking for a professional with a hybrid profile between Motion Design, Audiovisual Direction and Generative Artificial Intelligence, capable of transforming creative briefings into complete audiovisual narratives, using AI as a central part of the creation process. Trakto will be the central platform of the workflow: the professional must apply their technical and creative repertoire within the platform's ecosystem, also understanding when a given need requires external production or treatment.

Responsibilities

• Transform client briefs into concept, script, storyboard and visual direction;
• Generate images and videos with generative AI models (e.g.: Gemini, Veo, Kling, Seedance, Seedream, among others), choosing the most appropriate model for each need;
• Iterate prompts efficiently, seeking the best result with the fewest possible number of attempts;
• Compose and finalize pieces in After Effects, integrating AI-generated elements with traditional motion;
• Edit videos ensuring rhythm, timing, continuity and technical quality of delivery;
• Maintain each client's visual identity and brand guidelines throughout the entire process;
• Identify when a need can be resolved within Trakto and when it requires external production or treatment;

Monitor the evolution of the generative AI market applied to audiovisual and incorporate new models and techniques into the workflow.

Requirements

1. Generative AI (image and video)

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Gemini, Nano Banana, Veo, Seedance, Seedream, Kling or equivalents
• Advanced prompting mastery (text, image-to-image, image-to-video)
• Camera control, movement, composition and visual continuity
• Consistency of characters, environments and visual identity between generations
• Ability to choose the right template for each need and iterate prompts efficiently
• Vision of AI as a production pipeline, not just a point tool

1. Storytelling and audiovisual direction

• Solid repertoire in narrative, script, storyboard and decoupage
• Knowledge of framing, shots, angles, camera movements and lighting
• Ability to think like a director: justify each scene within the narrative

1. Motion Design

Intermediate/advanced level in After Effects

• Composition, masks, tracking, keying and integration of AI elements with traditional motion
• Technical knowledge of formats, codecs, alpha channel, resolution and frame rate

1. Video editing

• Working knowledge of Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut (or similar)
• Mastery of rhythm, timing, cuts, transitions, basic audio and finishing

1. Brand direction

Ability to maintain visual identity and brand guidelines when using AI

Brand consistency across different formats and campaigns

1. Production thinking

• Ability to structure the entire pipeline (briefing → delivery)
• Quick decision making on the most efficient technique, model and strategy

1. Constant updating

Curiosity and autonomy to follow new models, techniques and trends in the audiovisual AI market
