Professional profile
- Previous experience in impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation of projects, preferably in the third sector and in education;
- Knowledge of the public education system in Brazil (BNCC, dynamics of education departments, among other topics);
- Mastery of basic data analysis tools (Excel and others);
- Experience in project coordination and management;
Good relationship, communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Scope
Support the creation of the Nova Escola impact monitoring and evaluation model, including the development of the indicator matrix, evaluation methodologies and possible revisions to the theory of change and other resources;
- Manage the work of suppliers and research partners (institutes, external consultancies or partner universities);
- Monitor the application of assessment instruments (questionnaires, focus groups, tests) with education networks, schools and teachers;
- Coordinate actions with other areas of Nova Escola, such as Relationships and Expansion, Partnerships and Marketing;
- Analyze collected data and reports, transforming them into actionable insights for the pedagogical and product team;
- Produce or support the production of technical reports and impact narratives for funders, strategic partners and the organization's annual reports;
Participate in routine alignment meetings and other meetings with partners or education departments.
