Mobile surveillance team leader

Role Summary

As a team leader at Securitas, you are the driving force behind the mobile surveillance team. You combine leadership with working on the floor and are the first point of contact for your fellow security guards. Thanks to you, everyone knows where they stand and the operation runs smoothly.

• You are the permanent point of contact for certified and aspiring security guards
• You keep an overview of the planning and ensure that materials are always in order
• You manage and update customer instructions and operational data
• You guide and coach aspiring security guards in their development
• You conduct job interviews and help new colleagues get off to a strong start
• You work closely with co-head supervisors and the branch manager
• You participate in the schedule yourself and carry out surveillance rounds

Requirements

• You have an MBO 2 Security Guard diploma and several years of experience in mobile surveillance.
• Available 24/7 to work weekend, evening and night shifts.
• An independent attitude, you take initiative and can communicate well with different parties.
• You are in possession of a driving license B and can go to the office on your own
• Living in the Arnhem region

Benefits

• Immediately an employment contract for at least one year
• Average 120 hours per 4 weeks on contract
• Irregularity surcharges depending on your type of service (in accordance with the PB collective labor agreement: evening 10%, night 20%, weekend 35%, public holidays 50%)
