Role Summary

• Maintaining and ensuring the quality of customer, contract and debtor data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Creation and management of contracts, price lists and invoices with an eye for details
• Implementation of monthly invoicing – precise, on time and including special services
• Processing complaints as well as cancellation and correction processes in a solution-oriented and efficient manner
• Close coordination with accounting, sales and customer service to ensure smooth processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in commercial processing, particularly in the areas of invoicing and contract management
• Good knowledge of accounting, contract law and administrative processes
• Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
