Depending on the missions entrusted to you, you will be required to intervene for our client in the Defense & Security sector, which is highly critical.

Your role and missions

Within the Cloud & Infrastructure teams, you are a key player in the operational operation and continuity of service of systems after they are put into production (Entry into Operations).

Your role is to guarantee the stability, security and performance of application platforms and middleware across all environments.

Operation and operational support

You ensure operational maintenance of systems in production and ensure their availability.

You provide level 2 support, analyzing and resolving incidents, problems and service requests in compliance with defined service levels.

You carry out corrective, adaptive, preventive and evolutionary maintenance activities, in compliance with technical, operational and safety standards.

You actively participate in post-incident reviews and root cause analyses, proposing continuous improvement actions.

Supervision, performance and reliability

You monitor the health and performance of systems via observability tools.

You react proactively to alerts and events.

You work closely with DevSecOps teams to improve automation, make deployments more reliable and optimize environments.

Change & Release Management

You participate in change management and production release activities.

You guarantee preparation for deployment, planning rollbacks and carrying out validation tests.

You contribute to rigorous configuration management and change control.

Collaboration and capitalization

You work closely with database administrators, architects and operations teams.

You maintain and enrich operational documentation, runbooks and the knowledge base.

You contribute to skills transfer and handover activities, in order to ensure the sustainability of the service.

  • Technical scope
  • You provide operational support for middleware and IS integration components, including in particular:
  • Management platforms and API gateways;
  • Messaging systems, event streaming and message-oriented middleware;
  • Data transformation and mapping tools;
  • Identity and access management solutions (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, etc.);
  • Web infrastructures, application servers and content management platforms;

Mobile application compilation and deployment chains.

You are comfortable with

  • Linux/Unix environments;
  • Containerization platforms and observability stacks;
  • CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools;

Middleware, API, integration and IAM technologies.

You have a good understanding of security issues, system hardening and vulnerability management.

Your English is operational.

You are autonomous, rigorous, with an excellent sense of analysis and good interpersonal skills.

ITIL, Linux or container certifications are a plus.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations or application/system support, including at least 2 years in level 2 support on critical systems.
  • You have a Bac+5 degree (engineering school or equivalent).
  • You operate in structured environments and master ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, production, event, knowledge).
