Role Summary

EUROFINS, a leading multinational company in offering specialized laboratory services to the pharmaceutical sector, and depending on the Head of Microbiology, selects an ANALYST FOR THE MICROBIOLOGY LABORATORY – Antimicrobial efficacy testing. .

Workplace: Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona)

Activities to develop

Efficacy tests of preservative systems in pharmaceutical and cosmetic products

Establishment of microbiological control methods for non-sterile pharmaceutical/cosmetic products

Determination of Antibiotic Potency.

Efficacy tests of disinfectants and antiseptics according to EN standards.

Management of laboratory materials and reagents.

Maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Documentation / Record of activities and results obtained on computer media

Requirements

• Have training in a Higher Level Training Cycle in Analysis and Control (or similar).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the aforementioned antimicrobial efficacy tests or any of them, in a company in the pharmaceutical or related sector.
• Very responsible, careful, clean and orderly person, with technical capacity for organization and management of the workload and ease of integration and teamwork, as well as autonomy for individual work.
• Knowledge of English and the use of computer programs (Office).
