As a Methods Engineer on the final assembly line (FAL), you will be a strategic player in guaranteeing the efficiency and performance of industrial processes, with the aim of delivering quality devices on time.

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve industrial processes
  • Analyze production needs and design optimized assembly ranges
  • Define best practices and tools to ensure reliability and efficiency of operations
  • Support production teams
  • Propose technical solutions to problems encountered in the workshop
  • Play a facilitator role to ensure the interface between the production, quality and engineering departments
  • Performance Optimization
  • Manage continuous improvement projects to reduce production cycles, improve flows and minimize costs
  • Implement performance monitoring indicators and corrective action plans
  • Digitalization and automation
  • Participate in the introduction of new technologies and methods to modernize assembly processes
  • Technical data management
  • Supervise the creation and updating of industrial documents (ranges, nomenclatures, plans) in accordance with technical modifications
  • Collaboration and innovation
  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to large-scale projects linked to industrial innovation

Requirements

  • Training / Experience
  • Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in industrial engineering or methods/production
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally aeronautical or automotive

Technical skills

  • Knowledge of CAD
  • Experience with an ERP
  • Knowledge of the production environment
