Metallfacharbeiter (w/m/div.)

Role Summary

Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die vorgegebenen Fertigungsaufträge und bist für das Rüsten sowie das präzise Einstellen der Fertigungsmaschinen anhand technischer Zeichnungen zuständig.

In der Teilefertigung für Pumpen und/oder Injektoren bearbeitest du die Bauteile an CNC-gesteuerten Fertigungseinrichtungen und führst regelmäßige Qualitätsprüfungen mit den entsprechenden Messmitteln durch.

Du spielst eine wichtige Rolle im Team bei der Umsetzung innovativer Projekte zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und trägst aktiv zur Optimierung unserer Prozesse bei.

Requirements

• Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: teamfähig, flexibel, qualitätsbewusst, hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Eigenantrieb, eigenständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
• Experience and know-how: relevant experience with CNC-controlled and manual processing machines and controls; Previous knowledge of using measuring equipment is required.
• Qualifications/enthusiasm: flexibility measures for multiple machine operation, 3-shift operation
• Education: completed technical vocational training (skilled worker) in the metal sector
• Languages: good knowledge of spoken and written German
