Role Summary

Payment Collection

Collect payments from customers as per agreed payment terms.

Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.

Maintain accurate records of payments and coordinate with the finance team.

Customer Relationship Management

Develop strong relationships with retail staff and managers to ensure smooth sales and merchandising operations.

Address any customer queries or issues in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers to enhance repeat business.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.

Merchandising

• Ensure products are displayed attractively and according to company standards.
• Implement promotional activities and ensure proper shelf placement for maximum visibility.
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) to minimize product returns due to expirations.

Reporting

• Provide regular updates on sales performance, merchandising, and payment collections.
• Highlight any challenges or opportunities in the market to the sales manager.
• provide insights into the actions, strategies, and market presence of competitors.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of payment collection processes.
• University Degree in any discipline.
