Role Summary

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests and maintains functional requirements for existing Operational CRM application
• Provides maintenance of existing live application, by contributing to investigating and resolving incidents
• Contributes to implementing new features required by business users
• Will work under occasional pressure by following established course of action
• Participates in code reviews, provides and accepts constructive feedback
• Focuses on results while following established processes

Qualification and competencies

Requirements

Mandatory

• Familiarity with Java Enterprise Edition (servlets, web applications, n-tier architectures, web services, deployment, etc.)
• Hands on experience with Relational Databases and SQL – preferred Oracle Databases and PL/SQL
• Familiarity with Java Server Faces
• Familiarity with Design Patterns and Best Practices
• Experience with SVN (branching, merging, tracking code changes)
• Good customer facing skills and fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Positive, “can do” attitude

Nice to have

• Familiarity with RichFaces
• Familiarity with Maven
• Familiarity with JUnit
• Knowledge of Russian
• Experience in Level 3 support (processes and SLAs) and direct interaction with customer
