Role Summary

As we move from engineering prototypes towards repeatable production, we are looking for a practical and detail-oriented Mechanical Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Tallinn.

  • Work tasks: -Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies and complete products
  • -Work according to technical drawings, assembly instructions and defined procedures
  • -Use hand tools, power tools, drills and other workshop equipment safely and accurately
  • -Set up and operate manufacturing equipment used for prototyping and production
  • -Operate a laser cutter and prepare or adjust suitable production files
  • -Support CNC machining activities, depending on your existing skills and experience
  • -Carry out basic measurements, inspections and functional checks
  • -Participate in the testing of assembled products and components
  • -Identify assembly or manufacturing problems and report them to the engineering team
  • -Support troubleshooting, rework and corrective activities
  • -Work with adhesives and materials such as epoxy where required
  • -Record completed work, measurements, issues and test results accurately
  • -Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in good condition
  • -Provide practical feedback on assembly methods and work instructions
