• Role Responsibilities

Author tasks to test AI 's ability to interpret engineering documentation and follow multi-step instructions.

Evaluate AI model outputs against ground truth outputs using an objective evaluation rubric.

Develop complex, multi-step requests grounded in real-world workspace files like technical drawings and project specifications.

Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure precise, well-structured outputs.

Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering , Civil Engineering , Industrial Engineering , or Architecture .
