Role Summary

We're looking for an experienced MDR Cyber Security & TI Analyst to join a leading Managed Detection & Response team protecting organisations against sophisticated cyber threats. This role focuses on incident response, threat hunting, malware investigations, SIEM analysis, and root cause analysis in a fast-paced security operations environment.

MDR Cyber Security and TI Analyst (Level 2) reporting to the Head of SOC & MDR .

The analyst supports security monitoring, incident handling, threat hunting, and root cause investigations within the Managed Security Services division. The role acts as an escalation point to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client information assets. Analysts are expected to stay current with emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities and contribute to incident response activities.

Minimum Experience & Education

University education preferred.

Broad knowledge of security technologies and products.

The role requires knowledge of

Endpoint security and EDR technologies.

Firewall, web and e-mail security.

Malware analysis and reverse engineering.

Threat hunting techniques.

SIEM platforms and log querying.

Networking fundamentals (switches, routers, protocols).

Root cause analysis.

Threat intelligence and CVE research.

Technical report writing.

Troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving.
