Master Training Commercial Advisor

Role Summary

At Nexion Academy we are in full growth phase and we are looking to incorporate a Commercial Advisor specialized in master's training, with a sales mentality and results orientation.

The position is 100% commission based with the possibility of having a permanent position after the trial period.

The selected person will have a key role in recruiting new students, accompanying each prospect throughout the commercial process until enrollment.

Mission of the position

Convert opportunities into students, through a consultative sales process focused on understanding the client's needs and offering the appropriate training program.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and recruiting potential students interested in our masters and courses.
• Personalized advice to detect needs and recommend training programs.
• Comprehensive management of the commercial process: initial contact, follow-up and closure.
• Optimization of the sales funnel and conversion rate.
• Registration and monitoring of commercial activity in CRM.
• Loyalty and maintenance of long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience, preferably in training or high-value products.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust.
• High orientation towards results and fulfillment of objectives.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Management of digital tools and CRM.
• Valuable knowledge of the higher education sector.
