Entwicklung eines dynamischen Simulationsprogramms zur Losgrößenoptimierung für mehrfach verwendete Stücklistenkomponenten unter Berücksichtigung von Lagerkosten, Kundenbedarfen und Rüstzeiten

  • Ausgangslage / Problemstellung

In komplexen Produktionsumgebungen werden viele Komponenten in mehreren Baugruppen oder Endprodukten gleichzeitig verwendet. Dies führt zu erheblichen Herausforderungen bei der Planung optimaler Losgrößen. Die heutigen Planungsmethoden basieren häufig auf statischen Formeln (z. B. Andler), die reale Schwankungen wie stochastische Kundenbedarfe, variable Rüstzeiten oder dynamische Lagerbestände nicht ausreichend berücksichtigen. Es fehlt ein dynamisches simulationsbasiertes Analysewerkzeug, das die Mehrfachverwendung von Komponenten berücksichtigt, Lagerkosten, Rüstkosten und Bedarfsvariabilität integriert, produktspezifische Abhängigkeiten in Stücklistenstrukturen abbildet und automatisch optimale Losgrößen auf Komponenten- und Fertigteilebene vorschlägt.

  • Projektziel

Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung eines funktionalen Softwareprototyps zur Berechnung optimaler Losgrößen in einem variablen Produktionsumfeld. Der Prototyp soll in einem geeigneten Programmier- oder Simulationsframework entwickelt werden (z. B. R, KNIME, Python, Power BI, Simio oder vergleichbare Tools). Das Programm soll eine dynamische Simulation von Materialflüssen und Lagerbeständen durchführen, Kundenbedarfe, Losgrößen, Rüstzeiten und Lagerkosten integriert modellieren, Optimierungsvorschläge für Losgrößen auf Komponenten- und Fertigteilebene liefern, Mehrfachverwendung von Teilen in verschiedenen Stücklisten berücksichtigen und eine grafische Benutzeroberfläche oder Visualisierung bereitstellen.

  • Auswahl der Simulationsumgebung

  • Modellierung der wertschöpfenden Prozesse, Rüstzyklen und Bedarfsvariabilität
  • Implementierung der Mehrfachverwendungslogik für Komponenten

AP3 - Entwicklung eines Optimierungsalgorithmus

  • Ableitung einer dynamischen Losgrößenlogik
  • Kombination aus Simulationsergebnissen und mathematischer Optimierung
  • Berechnung optimaler Losgrößen für Komponenten und Fertigteile
  • Vergleich verschiedener Optimierungsansätze

About the Company

How will you make an impact?

The Quality Supervisor for DHR and Inspection is under the direction of the QA Manager. They will continue maintaining high quality standards of the product inspection and final release process and compliance with regulatory requirements, administer Quality Assurance support to Quality Operations of a complex site and/or demanding compliance profile, and directly supervise Quality inspectors, and Final Release (DHR) employees. Works with Quality Technicians and Quality Engineers for day to day activities supporting all Production Cells and Supplier quality (Operating Companies) at the site has adequate quality support, documentation review, and support projects, process and new product introductions or upgrading of existing processes and products and subsequent qualifications.
